Complete your profile fully photos, descriptions, service area. Keep your response time under an hour. Maintain a 4.7+ rating. Pros who do all three see roughly 3x the match rate of average profiles.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. From your dashboard settings, request account deletion. We soft-delete immediately your profile is removed from search and matching and permanently purge within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy/privacy.

What happens if a pro doesn't show up?

Open a dispute from your booking page. Our team reviews within 24 hours, refunds anything you've paid through the platform if applicable, and removes no-show pros from the network.

Do I need a license for handyman work?

In NC, handyman work under $30,000 per job does not require a general contractor license. Specialty trades plumbing, electrical, HVAC require state licensing regardless of job size. We verify license numbers for trades that require them before granting Verified status.

Pros pay us a small per-job fee or monthly subscription. Customers pay nothing. We never take a cut of the service price, never mark up quotes, and never sell data.

General liability $500K minimum, $1M recommended for all categories. Workers' comp if you have employees. Specific trade insurance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Upload your COI through your dashboard for Verified status.

Yes, and most do appreciate it. Tipping is never required and isn't part of the quote unless explicitly listed. Pay your pro directly in whatever way you've agreed.
